Maybe this is of limited use (as we're outside the US), but...
With our group (BeiMac) our Bylaws, or Constitution, has never been reviewed
by a court or an attorney as the legal system in China is just in its
infancy.
For you I guess if the changes or its impacts are minor, no great need.
Bonus question: our Constitution can either be effective on the day they're
amended or at a certain date.
