It's that time of year when election time is approaching and
suggestions of changing some of our MUG by laws is being discussed. My
question is it necessary for a board of directors to consult with an
attorney to make changes in the bylaws? Is this common practice? Also
bonus question when a MUG's by laws are changed do they only become
effective the following term?
