Don9t forget Panther is still in 3Beta2 or Developer Builds, and anyone who
attended the World Wide Developers Conference and got a copy can 3talk about
it2 within guidelines of the 3Non Disclosure agreement2.
As far as the original question on Panther and compatibility with PCMCIA
cards, from 3what I hear2, each new build sometimes adds and even sometimes
loses some features. The last Build lost Bluetooth compatibility and a
mystery panel that had Bluetooth 3keyboard & mouse compatibility2 that was
there in the previous build (but u didn9t hear that from me).
As far as if Panther will support that type of card, who knows, that9s why
the developer builds are needed to build and test compatibility with this
new Operating System. I would suggest your friend e-mail the manufacturer
and see if a stand alone driver exists or if they know if it is compatible.
