I have heard other groups have them sign a contract of sorts, stating
they will do a review in exchange for the product, once a person signs
something they feel more obligated? I am in the same boat, I follow up
and try to get reviews, with no responses. It makes the group look bad
with the vendors and I myself don't like looking like I am not doing my
job but I pester these people to no end for a review and try to make it
as easy as possible....with no luck!
