You might want to consider looking at MYOB FirstEdge and if your club can,
AccountEdge, both accounting programs but they are described to allow what you
are talking about accomplishing. FirstEdge, developed for smaller businesses
like MUGs, also has some templates that were developed with the MUG community,
and just what you describe, in mind.
