What i really would like to bring to the table is the problem of using

computers at meeting. Although they can be a great advantage
especially when doing presentations, portable computers also represent
a huge downfall in my MUG. Many people want to come to the MUG
meeting, but will bring their computer and absorb themselves in some
other computer based activity.
Very insightful comments, Sarah. I have found that you are correct when you
state the problem of laptops/desktops @ meetings. Folks seem to drift off
and check their email, play games or what have you. The only time we have
iBooks or Powerbooks other than the Presentor's is when we have a 'hands-on'
demo. We also meet @ a college campus so we have wonderful access.
Hope your Campus MUG is doing well!
