Flying to Macworld Expo
I always fly via Southwest Airlines to Oakland for one reason: if you
decide you want to change your flight time, there is no penalty. It
can cost $50 just to make a change on other airlines. You can take
BART from Oakland but I really suggest walking over to the Shuttle
area. It's $23 for one person but less if you are with friends. Of
course, if you are staying at the Marriott Downtown, there is a free
shuttle to and from SFO and that will save you money.
For the ultimate homage to Macworld Expo check out Brush With Greatness
at homepage.mac.com/yesyoucan and you'll see why I say to go to the
stage after the keynote.
