I'm wondering how other groups are handling your newsletter distribution.

Do you mail a printed newsletter, email a text newsletter, email a PDF, or

Hi Elsa
We send a text only email bulletin to our members once a week. As well
as carrying group and general Apple information, members can use it to
advertise second-hand items and to send in queries and problems. Of
our 310 members, only 5 request a hard copy version, which they
receive a day later. Anyone in augd who wants a copy of this week's
edition to see the general format can email me and I will send it.
Our quarterly magazine is downloadable from our website and is in pdf
format. Only YMUG members can download it. They have to enter a
password for the member area.
