G5 Demo Suggestions

I'm going to be demo'ing a G5 dual, 2 GHz machine this weekend for our
user group and am kind of stuck for ideas. Any recommendations on what
tasks people would like to see a G5 perform?
The only thing that I have planned right now is a demo on compressing a
30 minute video, which is something that a lot of people in this group
are interested in since many of them use their Macs to archive old
video programs. Any suggestions would be very welcome.
