I don't feel badly while stealing ideas from other groups. Go to other group's web sites and see what they are using. Many still are using Apple logos from the multi colored apple to the present. When Apple asked us not to use their brand or any representation of any kind of apple (you can't substitute a whine sap apple). We changed to a beach umbrella. We are the Coastal Mac User Group so the umbrella was appropriate. Others use the outline of their state. Some use computers in some way like the original 128k Mac. With the Apple Logo in your logo, it appears that you speak for Apple.
