Yes, I guess I am getting the cart a little before the horse.
However at least getting people reading the docs, etc.,
and getting them familiar with the situation puts
it that much further ahead when the time does come.
Yes, right now there is no senate version of the bill.
I talked with George earlier and he indicated he is
on board for such a bill. Obviously he's got other
things on his mind.
However, after your post (Lorin) I did call back to light
some fires up there. His AA did say she would get on
it and get back to me.

Yup. An that's the sad part of trying to get something
like this done. I've got my fingers crossed that George
will be the silver bullet. If not, we'll find others.

Maybe. But, awareness is 90% of the battle -- and we
need awareness in the user group community first --
if we attempt to motivate them -- that in itself
will take time.
Once Allen's office gets into gear it might just
move faster than you think. I have a feeling there
will be a more than a few who will be wanting to
align with that camp.
