Steve Jobs place a phone call to a 9 year old? Dont count on it.
Heck,
come to think of it, he didnt even pay much attention to his own

Well, there are lots of imperfect parents. Some even are Mac users.
Those who have worked with him over the years have spelled things out
clearly for us. (For more, look up the Daniel Kotke issue). If you
cant
find anything, I am sure Woz has a few notes on this one.
I've conversed with Steve Jobs and Steve Wozniak over email. Both
were friendly, sympathetic and most of all, concerned for the well-
being of others.
And speaking of Woz, Jobs wouldnt even write a forward for Woz's
new book.
What makes you think that he has the time for a phone call. But
that is
not news.
Depends on whose idea it was.
On the suggestion zone, Apple still welcomes the suggestions. But
they
clearly state that if we as customers insist on sending them, that
the idea
becomes the property of Apple. (I dont see much problem there as
long as
Apple keeps coming out with the products I need.)
This is possibly the sensible middle-ground.
