Jerry,
Here's an
This is on the Federal Trade commission's site.
I have been using Mail's Junk filter since it was introduced, was that Jaguar? It isn't nearly as effective as it used to be. Someone suggested I put it back in training mode for a few weeks, and let it re-learn. Part of the problem is the spammers are figuring out ways to get around most any filter! I have some junk messages that consistently do NOT get caught by the filter's rules even though I mark them regularly as Junk.
My question is whether the Junk Filter is continuing to 'learn' after I switch from Train. It doesn't seem to remember the culprits. As far as I can tell, the 'from' address is the same on each message. I could write a rule but would hope that Mail's filter keeps updating itself
In an earlier post you gave email@hidden as an agency working on spam problems. Can you provide the URL path to find this service? My Safari can't find uce.gov
