No. We do eat and drink some but neither are required to attend.

Between 6 and 24.
How many are members and how many are visitors/guests?
80% members 20% visitors
Do you charge a fee to attend meetings?
If so, how much?
No. We judge "members" by participation (# of meetings attended and
work done for the group)
What resources do you have at meetings;
Projector
Yes. (and if we forget the Beer Garden has them for $5/hour)
Projection screen (or do you project straight on to a wall)
Provided free
Computer to present from
Each speaker/presenter has one
Sound System (Mic and speaker system)
Provided free
Ability to record video or audio (to make podcast, or stream)
Yes. When we choose to do so.
Internet access (dialup, broadband, wireless)?
Free Wireless DSL Access provided by Beer Garden.
When we have more than 10 people in attendance; One or more members
turns on their EVDO card and shares the broadband connection (800k/
sec up/ 800k/sec down)
Do you own the above equipment?
Is it supplied by the venue?
Does your presenter have to provide their own equipment?

How many presenters do you get from external companies?
50%
How many of presenters are "club members"?
50%
Do you rely on one or two individuals within the club to do "all"
the presentations?
No...open to all members
Do you have "backup" presenters, in case the primary one falls
through?
No. but we do conduct other business monthly (and have FREE Tech
support provided by an ACN member at meetings end)
Do you have a "structured" presentation?
Yes.
Do you offer a Q&A session?
Always
How do you select topics for your meetings?
By member feedback
When do you decide on your topics (A few days before the meeting; a
couple of weeks before; a few months in advance; beginning of the
year; other)?
It depends.
