We have speakers for the mac(s) and speak loud to be heard.

Yes. T-1 provided (and wireless)

Do you own the above equipment?
No.
Is it supplied by the venue?
Yes.

Does your presenter have to provide their own equipment?
If they want to.

How many presenters do you get from external companies?
80%

How many of presenters are "club members"?
20%

Do you rely on one or two individuals within the club to do "all" the presentations?
It certainly seems that the same 3-4 are relied on when things fall out [can you tell I'm one of them?]

Do you have "backup" presenters, in case the primary one falls through?
(only among the SIG leaders)

Do you have a "structured" presentation?
Yes.
Do you offer a Q&A session?
Yes


How do you select topics for your meetings?

Yes.

When do you decide on your topics (A few days before the meeting; a couple of weeks before; a few months in advance; beginning of the year; other)?
One or two months in advance
