However, I don't understand why the question, if not the answer, would not be useful info for any UG. I think many would be amazed at how little some users use internet resources, despite how much some brand names have become common words ( there really is no such word as "googled" ). It is usually answers to specific problems that gives me info that there is more than one way to solve them.
