Hi Dave
Go to any show. We all get hecklers.
I remember one woman who kept interupting my 5 second demo of screen capture techniques with her opinion that GRAB (held over from OS 10.2) was "far superior." And that anybody using cmd-shift-4 was an identification code ten "t" ( ID10T ).
You know, Dave, leaders have to do what you can to be polite until you do what you have to do to keep the meeting moving smoothly. This applies to meetings as well as online mailing lists.
