The full story. He said, "
I like to listen to "Books On Tape" while driving. They are actually CDs.
I listen slow.
The audio book I checked out had 12 disks!!!
I
was given seven days check out from the library. I complained that if
it was a book I could have 30 days. Why is the time for disks shorter?
They told me that the disks are more popular than the books, hence the shorter borrowing time.
I
asked if I could extend the time if I returned it after 7 days. I was
told its OK as long as no one else has requested the audio book. That's
what started this. I tried to extend but it was requested by others. I
had to relinquish possession.
I heard the first two disks, but its been a month and I haven't been able to get the book back.
I figured if I do I'll just copy them to iTunes.
Is my public library is forcing me into a life outside the law?
And yet, I am not ashamed.
Pray for me. Pray for all us sinners."
I don't encourage buccaneer software, but didn't know what to tell him.

I wonder: does he photocopy the books he checks out of the library also?
