The questions were not fully answered, but I understood I was asked to
take the discussion off list. I also decided to try to seek some
basic answers through other venues. Maybe if I send an FCC letter, I
too can get answers.
Legal issues really shouldn't be handled on a listserv. Ethical
issues also may not be a great thing to discuss as opinions strongly
differ. Can we close this thread?
