the reader knows nothing about it.

Do you folks know how many of your web sites never even mention what
state your group is in?
Do you folks know that you often leave off the address (with zip
code) of your meetings on your site?
Please check your sites and your sent news!
I am always amazed at how much information is assumed by user groups,
bands, and photo clubs when they post notices of meetings, local
concerts, and venues.
I tried to find a UG meeting in PA for my son to attend, and couldn't
locate which group was in the part of PA where he lived.
Please include detailed information on all notices, especially PR.
For example, don't say we're doing a Snow Leopard meeting. You should
say, we're doing a meeting about Mac OS X 10.6, Snow Leopard. Give
people ALL the information they might need to understand what's going
on.
Also include complete address, meeting times, name of venue, and
contact person's email.
PLEASE ;-)
