Sometimes the most modern way to do things just doesn't work as well as the old fashion way.
We bought a roll of one thousand two part tickets for under $10:

They last a loooonnnggg time. Buyers of tickets are responsible to tear apart one of the two tickets and place in our glass jar. We ask a member that did NOT buy any tickets to pull the winning tickets. Simple and easy. No one claims that it's fixed, which some would probably do if it was a piece of software on someone's computer, especially if the owner of the software were the one to win the big prize.
