As long as those of us on lists are notified how to re-up for a new list or as long as transfer is done smoothly.. what would be the reason not to do as Nichlas suggests

I remember a discussion a few years back on this list that suggested that as long Apple Inc controlled the list server, their legal department had more than a few words to say about how things could be done… and in order to “protect subscribers privacy and to protect Apple Inc from potential lawsuits IF someone “accidentally” posted something they thought would be a private response, the default was left as Reply-to-Sender rather than Reply-to-List… but I think most people are more email savvy these (especially those using this list) that it is less likely to be an issue these days…
Anyway, some food for thought for the AUGAB
