problem getting files into workflow

Hi

I wonder if someone could help me with a folder action I put together in Automator (under Snow Leopard), using mostly actions that Doug Adams developed. Basically what I would like to do is to automatically convert audio files dropped into a folder from AAC to MP3 using a folder action/workflow. I would like the files to remain in the same folder as the original files.

Here is the folder action I put together: folder action -> get folder contents -> choose encoder -> convert tracks -> choose encoder -> restore encoder.

The error message I am getting when I drag files into the folder is 'No tracks have been sent to this Action'

Maybe you can spot something obvious I am doing wrong.

I would be grateful for any pointers in the right direction,
