Automatic starting tasks

Hi,

I receive a backup file as attachment to an email on a daily basis.

Does anyone know how to start a task automatically when receiving the email, and how to delete the email at the end of the task?

I already have the rest of the task scheduled but I need to start it manually and delete the email manually afterwards.
