iOS Bluetooth diagnostics?

Every now and then my iPhone stops responding to CoreBluetooth requests completely. Neither my nor any other app on the phone works until I toggle Bluetooth and/or restart the device. Restarting the apps does not help. Some of our users report seeing this with regularity.

I’d like to file a bug on this, but I don’t have much to go on. Is there a way I can collect a diagnostic report on the device so that I can help get this fixed?
