As the developer of a Mac BLE app, I can verify this statement =). Also, only 2.4Ghz networks cause interference, so if you can connect to a 5Ghz network instead you will be OK.

I've got a bug on this (#13785322), but please file another! Always helps Apple to know more symptoms, more ways to repro and that more folks are hitting it.
