Agreed. I filed a bug against our dev tools folks, but it just hasn't
percolated to the top of the list for them yet. I'll comment in it
again, though!

Perhaps it should be removed from the simple app settings interface
then :) The problem seems to occur when the field is set to an empty
string which occurs if you tab thru or click in the field whereas
giving it the value of the top level file in your help book seems to
avoid this problem. The field is going to be filled in since it is
prominently labelled "HTML help file" and documentation to the contrary
is obscure/non-existent.
