Sorry, but that's not true.

The only part of C which is not much used in OpenStep (Cocoa) are bitfields.
Add some exotic and rather obsolete features (like trigraphs), and that's
that.

Although the C arrays are used seldom, they still sometimes have its use,
and pointer arithmetic comes handy too, although I do agree their importance
is somewhat _diminished_ (no way lost!) in ObjC.

And finally, I can't remember *ANY* part of C language which should be
unlearned. Might you perhaps give a sample?

Possibly you meant C++ (instead of C); if so, I would heartily agree.
