Assuming you're connected to the net. Searching existing docs off-line
with existing tools is frustrating at best.

Probably for the same reason I had problems -- it's not in the palette
where all the other views are. It doesn't occur to you logically to
look several menus down for something that intuitively should be in the
palette.
