I don't have "Vermont Recipes". I don't have "Learning Cocoa". You'll find that in the Java section of the docs about 1 in 3 entries has a 'description forthcoming'. Not StepWise, nor Cocoa Dev Central, nor anything else that I have found have *anything* about Java.

I've written Java versions of several ObjC apps for practice and I didn't find it especially taxing. My suggestion would be to go that route.

And I still don't have my Egg Timer working <frown />.

Why not do it in ObjC first then translate to Java? Makes more sense to me.
