Makes no difference. Whenever you can press/enter keys, you can use key
commands like Cmd-c or Cmd-v as well, don't you? ;)
It would be *EXTREMELY* confusing to have _some_ commands work here, _some_
there. The responder chain is quite simple, and *ANY* command is just
consumed by the first object up the chain which understands it.
Therefore, if the command's related to text, it's used on the view which
have cursor. If the command's related to window, it's used on the window
which contains the aforementioned view. If the command's related to document,
it's used on the main document. Simple, reasonable, no confusion possible.
