Hi all,
I just figured out what's going on...
In a previous run, NSToolbar had autosaved a configuration of zero
toolbar items to my app's plist in ~/Library/Preferences
So, it was reading that configuration I guess. Deleting the plist from
my Preferences folder caused the toolbar to appear on my next run.
So this is one of those cases where doing what it should do looks like a
bug ;-)
