I hope my article doesn't come across as "blessing" any particular style, rather just as you suggest it lists a number of variants, and explains the arguments for and against. The only reason I mentioned Ail in my post to the list was because he participated earlier in this thread, his WWDC presentation spurred me on to writing, and he -- amongst others -- was very helpful in the preparation of the article.

As an aside, the issue of "Attribute or relationship?" is also covered in the article...
