Don't forget that ObjC _IS_ plain ol' C -- and a bit more!

Actually, thanks to the incredible power of property lists, ObjC is the best
thing for models I've ever seen -- and, of course, that includes using those
"plain C features" for CPU-hungry tasks.

I know. Also Obj-C++ IS plain ol' C++ ;-)
That's my point: there is nothing special to do to use C or C++ from Obj-C.
