LOL!
yeah, it would...I think, but you can only use c-friendly letters, you
can't use edv for example...
just imagine how it would look like in swedish, if edv would be valid ;)
// english
[NSApp beginSheet: theSheet
modalForWindow: [self window]
modalDelegate: self
didEndSelector: @selector(didEndMethod:)
contextInfo: nil];
// swedish
[NSProgram startaLakanet: lakanet
modellFvrFvnstret: [sjdlv fvnstret]
modellFvrDelegaten: sjdlv
slutadeVdljaren: @vdljare(slutadeMetod:)
sammanhangsInfo: intet];
ROTFLOL!!!
this makes me laugh!, they should make comic-books with source code
written in different languages!

Obj-C/Cocoa is very human-readable code. But it is in English and Mac

*In theory* would it be possible (not necessarily economically viable -
given the man-hours needed) to "localise" the cocoa frameworks?
I'll admit I know very little about how how Obj works "underneath" (I
skimmed that PDF) but am I right in thinking that actual name of a
method is lost at compile time as it becomes a selector.
I'm not suggesting that this is something Apple should do, but I would
just be interested to know if it were theoretically possible.
Or is English an industry standard that would not benefit from being
changed (like pilots having to speak English.)
Hope this isn't too off-topic :-)
