Agreed. The Services menu also does things like leaving a menu item enabled
with all its submenus disables, which doesn't conform to Apple's UI
guidelines. There are also UI guidelines differences about what to do when
nothing is selected and things like that. I think Apple should come up with
a new set of guidelines so that we can treat them the same way. I don't
want to get in an argument about which guidelines are better, we could leave
that up to Apple.
