Rubbish.
Good thing I'm a:
keyboard/mouse/menu/toolbar/button user
I'll take away your command-s, command-c, command-v, command-o, and so on
and see how that affects your productivity. One of the Mac advantages is
that command-q is always quit: your brain doesn't have to spend time or
energy "thinking" about it.
There's a reason they're called "shortcuts."
Emacs and who knows what else is probably off-topic, anyway. Isn't our time
better spent telling someone what to do with their life instead?
