Well, Unsanity has an account with them and PayPal decided to
permanently lock it. We can't access the money, we can't close the
account to get the money. And PayPal has been completely
unresponsive to emails asking about the account.
Deja vu. :-(
This seems to be a very common scenario. If you're just a purchaser,
and t e amounts are small, then PayPal probably seems OK, But if
you're a vendor and PayPal decides to freeze your account, then
you're in a real mess.
