To which OS can I port my cocoa applications ?
I've heard there is a linux port of cocoa in development...and that
there is a windows version. true ?
Just one bit of detail to add to the various GNUStep reports:
- The GNUStep version of Foundation is quite complete and portable. One
could argue that it's better than Apple's current implementation, which
had a rough time with the CoreFoundation transitions, though stuff is
being repaired. It is used in commercial systems, and has been for
several years.
- The GNUStep version of AppKit is not so complete. most of the comments
as to incompleteness and incompatibilty apply primarily to the AppKit
parts.
