NO! MicroShaft is playing games with bit maps. If that is the right
terminology. Not what Quartz is doing at all. Then again, I may have my
head up my ass, in which case Apple sold me a bill of goods.
Now, it is claimed that MS reimplemented it all on their own, but I'm
sure Apple let them reach into the bag-o-tricks for that one ;)
I doubt it.
