If the function exists in a framework that exists on 10.1, It
shouldn't be too much of a problem to just branch around it. Although
in those cases, I personally use CFBundle to get the pointer to the
function (like SwapQDTextFlags/QDSwapTextFlags since apple can't
decide on a name for it!&*^*%!)
