Just frustrated and hopeful there is some secret jobs site I've just
missed.
Oh, there is a speshul sekrit job site for Cocoa programmers, but its
location is closely guarded by an eleet kabal of ex-NeXT ninja masters.
I could tell you where it is, but then I'd have to kill you.
Oh, OK, then.

Hope that helps.

I made a conscious decision to learn Objective-C and Cocoa this
year, and I think I've gotten fairly adept, but it isn't helping me get
a job. It's looking more and more like I should have taken up C# or at
least updated my Java skills. I like the Cocoa environment, and would
love a job working in it, but the market seems to be saying otherwise.
Even if you don't get a job doing Cocoa, You won't have lost anything
by learning it. The stuff you've picked up doing ObjC should stand you
in very good stead for any other OO environment. After all, there's
loads of good patterns built into the frameworks, just dying to be used
elsewhere.
Seriously. There's not a huge market out there for ObjC, but that's
largely due to slow takeup by the big corporations. If one or two of
the big banks, for example, decided to run with a high-profile Cocoa
project, for example, there would probably be a massive surge in
interest once they realised how fast it is to develop real apps in.
Frankly, I can't see that happening any time real soon, but we can
hope. Cocoa, sadly, is a niche, and likely to stay that way.
There's a fair amount of WebObjects work going out there, but that's
all Java these days...
There are other sites out there for Mac development, but I can't
remember where at the moment ;-( Your best bet if you're determined to
work in Cocoa is probably to search for 'Mac' on as many job sites as
you can find, look for agency sites, companies known to be doing
OSX/*Step development, that sort of thing. But you already knew that.
Good luck, anyway
