Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but this is what I make of the situation: the only way to cleanly do a dual controller design with Objective-C is to pay Apple $700 and buy a no longer supported WebObjects 4.5.1.

No... the other alternative is to do it yourself.

Yes, I know; that's why I've been trying to entice someone into giving me a starting point.

entice? You mostly walk into the room muttering about lousy docs, and swinging a hornet's nest. That's not exactly enticing. :-)

I now have four Cocoa books and have also read everything I could find on your Stepwise, Mamasam, and in Apple's docs, plus Google searchs, but I still don't have a clue.

OK... so, there are two potential issues here... (being honest now)

- your initial application is way over your capabilities
- you might be better of sticking to fiction (hey, it's brutal.. but I'm trying to help)

I'm assuming it's the first, rather than the last. So, I'm willing to bite the bullet here...

What are you trying to do? Are you starting small? Small enough?

Tell us (hell, tell me off line -- it'd be a badge of honor to get you on track!)...
