Here's a thought: why don't we put together a pool and pay someone to
build the framework and IB pallets, and make it open source (BSD or
LGPL license, of course, so it doesn't affect commercial software
licenses).
There's lots of talented Cocoa programmers on this list (incluing
myself, although my plate is way too full as it is ;-)) who would
gladly do the work if they had monetary incentive to do so.
