anything Apple has disclosed you can talk about. The rest of it is
still under NDA. So it's okay to talk about the fact that fast
switching exists, because Apple's issued a press release about that.
But the details of how it's implemented or the APIs attached to it are
still under NDA. That high level pieces have been disclosed doesn't
remove the NDA from the beta release or internal details. Those can't
be discussed in public forums.
So perhaps the right way to say this isn't "don't talk about panther"
but "you can only talk about those things Apple has already declared to
be exempt from the NDA". so if it's not in an apple press release, it's
still under NDA.
