I don't think there's something in Cocoa that does this.

I'd try to scale every line of the image seperately. Shouldn't be too difficult.

OT:

Actually I think it's the other way round: The Ferrari may have a bigger engine and make more noise; but if you want to get from A to B without too much fuss, you better take the Honda. ;-)
