Perhaps Cocoa-talk mailing list won't be a bad idea...
Rather than going to the trouble to start a separate "talk" list, could
we just refrain from replying to the entire list if a discussion goes
off on a non-Cocoa tangent? If individuals involved in such a
discussion hit upon something they think is of general interest, they
can always move the dialog back to the entire list.
