BTW, according from what I've last read and understood, although I didn't pay a lot of attention, music sharing from user to user is legal.

I really dont want to spoil your happy music-sharing, but rest assured, that it IS illegal if you share copyright-protected music (like everything you can hear on radio-stations). There are some (minor) exceptions of legally distributable music (independent labels so it sometimes, small band without a real label do it, ...), but for the gros of all music, it is obviously illegal to share it, even from user to user. Why should that be any better anyways?!
