Seems to me it is a bug in the user, so to speak, who tries to do
things so ugly he should not be surprised.
Well that's not a very user-centric view, is it? The Mac OS has ways to
prevent these sort of problems for a reason: to users, a file doesn't
loose it's identity just because the path to that file has changed.
