Seems to me it is a bug in the user, so to speak, who tries to do
things so ugly he should not be surprised. Next time someone tries to
delete a running application?

From the more practical point of view it again supports my old rant
that all the application should be in the admin space, and all users
should *always* work in non-admin accounts.
